Changes to you order
If you wish to change the date or any other detail of your order please contact us as soon as possible. We will be unable to make any chances with 48 hours of your delivery date.
Cancellations
Due to the freshness of our products we are unable to accept cancellations made within 48 hours of the delivery date. If you wish to cancel your order please email us at hello@theafterschoolcookieclub.com as soon as possible.
Refunds
Refunds or replacement orders will only be issued if you have received the incorrect or faulty items. If you believe your product to be incorrect or not as expected you must contact us at hello@theafterschoolcookieclub.com within 24 hours of receipt of your order. We will not accept liability for complaints made after this time.
